Ramps work best with 6' or 9' rollup doors or in front of double doors. Length, width, and rise depend on your site and equipment, so your dealer will scope the ramp at bid time after this order is placed.

I understand it is my responsibility to obtain any required building permits or HOA approvals before the build date. North Texas Shed & Steel will provide a site plan / spec sheet upon request.

Build on Site lead times are typically 3–6 weeks depending on crew availability and season. Spring/summer peak season may extend timelines. You will receive a confirmed build date prior to material delivery.

Cash purchase orders require a valid photo ID. Please provide your driver's license number and upload a photo of the same license.

ID #1 — Driver's License (Required)*

JPG, PNG, HEIC, or HEIF — large photos are auto-compressed before upload

Build on Site — Always free delivery (no mileage fees).

Build on Site is priced at 30% over brochure price (current discounts still apply).

Site must be clear and accessible on build day (crew vehicle + trailer access required)

Site must be level or prepped — crew can assess minor grading; steep slopes require prior prep

Customer responsible for permits and HOA approvals before build date

Crew will establish level foundation using agreed method at time of sale

Build completion is weather dependent — rain delays will be communicated promptly

Tax-Exempt (Ag/Non-profit) — Certificate required for cash sales

48-Hour Cancellation Window — Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of order. Build-spec changes allowed at no cost during this window.

After 48 Hours — Deposit is forfeited if order is cancelled. Spec changes after this point may incur a reorder fee depending on materials already procured.
