What is rent-to-own for sheds?
Portable shed rent-to-own lets you get the building now and spread payments out over time without a credit check. The program uses fixed divisors of 21.6, 24, and 27for 36, 48, and 60 month terms, includes the $150 Basic Assurance fee in the payment, and lets you pay off early with no penalty.

Payments include 8.25% tax and Basic Assurance ($150). Buildings over 40' long require 15% down instead of the standard width-based deposit.
Deposit Schedule
No guessing. Shed RTO deposits follow one width-based schedule unless the building is over 40 feet long.

If the building length is over 40 feet, the program requires 15% down.
