How Delivery Works
From placing your order to walking into your new building, here is what to expect every step of the way.
Place Your Order
Pick your building in person or over the phone. Pay your deposit and sign the agreement.
Schedule Delivery
We call you to schedule a delivery date that works for you. Most deliveries happen within 1 to 2 weeks for in-stock buildings.
Prep Your Site
Make sure the ground is level, the path is clear, and there is enough room for the truck and trailer. Check our site prep guide for details.
Delivery Day
Our driver brings your building on a special trailer. The whole process usually takes about 30 minutes.
Setup and Leveling
We set the building in place using concrete blocks to level it. Once it is level and where you want it, you are good to go.
Site Requirements
A little prep goes a long way. Make sure your site is ready before delivery day so everything goes smoothly.
The spot where your building goes should be mostly level. A slight slope is okay. We use blocks to fine-tune.
Your gate or entrance needs to be at least 14 feet wide for sheds. Wider buildings need wider gates. Measure before you order.
We need at least 14 feet of overhead clearance for tree branches, power lines, and eaves. Trim branches ahead of time.
The delivery truck and trailer need firm ground to drive on. Soft, muddy, or sandy ground can cause problems. Gravel driveways work great.
Portable sheds go right on level ground — no concrete required. Steel buildings typically need a slab or engineered footing. If you are not sure what you need, ask us before you pour anything.
What You Need Before Delivery
This is the stuff that saves headaches on delivery day. If you can check these boxes ahead of time, the setup usually goes smooth and fast.
Double-check gate width, tight corners, and turning space. For most shed deliveries, 14 feet wide is the safe minimum.
Tree limbs, utility lines, and roof overhangs cause more trouble than fences. We need about 14 feet of overhead clearance on the path.
If the gate is too narrow, remove one fence section before delivery day. That usually beats scrambling while the truck is in your driveway.
Wet clay, sand, or fresh fill can stop a loaded trailer cold. If the ground is soft, wait for it to dry out or add gravel first.
Quick reality check:
If you are unsure about access, text or bring photos of the gate, driveway, and final pad area before delivery day. We would rather catch a problem early than show up and play yard Tetris with a loaded trailer.
