Your portable shed arrives fully built on a trailer. Our driver backs it into place, levels it on concrete blocks, and confirms placement with you. Most yards are ready with a few simple checks. Here is the 3-step process to get your property ready.

The 3-Step Delivery Process

Check Access Clearance
Ensure the delivery path is at least 14 feet wide and 14 feet tall. Remove any limbs, fence sections, or obstacles. The truck needs a clear path from the road to the final building location.

Prepare the Site
The site needs to be mostly level. Gravel, grass, or existing concrete all work. We use concrete blocks to level during setup. Mark the corners of where you want the building placed.

Confirm Timing and Be Present
You don't need to be home for delivery, but it's helpful. Our team handles the entire setup — leveling, blocking, and placement. The process takes about 30 minutes.

Delivery & Site Prep Notes

A few extra details that help delivery day go smoothly.

Path width: At least 2 feet wider than your building (14 feet is a safe minimum).
Overhead clearance: At least 14 feet — watch for tree limbs, power lines, and roof overhangs.
Ground: Mostly level is fine. Gravel, grass, or existing concrete all work. We level the building on concrete blocks during setup.
Mark the spot: Stakes or flags at the corners help the driver place it exactly where you want.
Permits & HOA: Confirm any permit or HOA approval before delivery day so nothing stalls placement.
