Pricing

All prices shown on this website are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary based on size, options, materials, and current market conditions. A final price will be confirmed at the time of your order.

Delivery Terms

We offer free delivery within 50 miles of our lot locations for most products. Deliveries beyond 50 miles may have an additional fee depending on product type.

For a successful delivery, your site must meet these requirements:

The delivery area must be accessible by our truck and trailer
The ground should be level and clear of debris, trees, and other obstacles
There must be enough clearance for the building (width, height, and length)
You are responsible for making sure the site is ready before delivery day

If our delivery crew arrives and the site is not accessible or ready, you may be charged a re-delivery fee.

Rent-to-Own (RTO) Terms

Our rent-to-own program is managed by a third-party provider. When you choose rent-to-own, your agreement is between you and that provider. North Texas Shed & Steel is not a party to the RTO contract.

Please review the RTO agreement carefully before signing. All RTO terms, payment schedules, and policies are set by the third-party provider.

Warranties

Warranty coverage varies by product type:

Portable Sheds and Buildings: Come with up to a 50-year structural warranty from the manufacturer. Coverage details are provided at the time of purchase.
Steel Buildings and Carports: Come with up to a 40-year rust-through warranty. Coverage depends on the manufacturer and panel type selected.

Warranties are provided by the product manufacturers, not by North Texas Shed & Steel directly. We will help you with any warranty claims, but the manufacturer has the final say on coverage and repairs.

Limitation of Liability

North Texas Shed & Steel provides this website and its content "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law:

We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies on this website.
We are not liable for any damages that result from using (or being unable to use) this website or our products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or property damage.
Our total liability for any claim related to this website or our products will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or service in question.

Indemnification
