What We Handle
  • Full site prep and access walkthrough
  • Leveling to within 1 inch
  • Precise placement where you want it
  • Final positioning and block setting
  • We leave your property clean
What You Need Ready
  • Gate / entrance 2' wider than the shed. Ordering a 12-ft wide shed? Your gate needs to be at least 14' wide. Measure your narrowest opening.
  • 13' of overhead clearance. Power lines, tree branches, and carport roofs along the entire delivery path — not just the gate.
  • Reasonably level ground. Within about 12 inches of slope end to end. Steeper than that? Call us first — we can usually still make it work.
  • Someone on-site. You (or someone you trust) needs to be there to point where it goes and approve placement.

Not sure about access? Send us a photo of your gate and yard — we'll tell you if it works.

Most deliveries take 30–45 minutes from truck arrival to done.

No Concrete Slab Required

Pressure-Treated Wood Skids

Your shed sits on 4×6 pressure-treated skids — built to last 20+ years in direct ground contact.

  • Last 20+ years directly on dirt
  • Elevate building for drainage
  • Prevent wood rot and moisture damage
  • No concrete foundation needed
  • All sheds include 4×6 PT skids standard
Optional: Concrete Cap Blocks ($2.50/block)

Add 8″×16″×4″ concrete cap blocks under the skids for extra stability and airflow. Optional but recommended in wet areas or soft ground.

  • Raises shed slightly off ground
  • Improves air circulation under floor
  • Adds years to shed life
  • Available at Lowe's or Home Depot
