Free delivery within 50 miles of both showrooms. Beyond 50 miles — call for a quote.

- Gate / entrance 2' wider than the shed. Ordering a 12-ft wide shed? Your gate needs to be at least 14' wide. Measure your narrowest opening.
- 13' of overhead clearance. Power lines, tree branches, and carport roofs along the entire delivery path — not just the gate.
- Reasonably level ground. Within about 12 inches of slope end to end. Steeper than that? Call us first — we can usually still make it work.
- Someone on-site. You (or someone you trust) needs to be there to point where it goes and approve placement.
