Delivery & Site Requirements

Custom Builds — Free Delivery.

On-Lot Buildings are free delivery and setup within 50 miles.

Deliveries beyond 50 miles are $6 per one-way mile — Cash to Driver.

NTSS will deliver, install, and level the building on existing ground using treated blocking up to 18 inches. Customer-provided concrete cap blocks are optional and are only needed if you choose to have them ready before delivery.

Optional cap block guidance

If you choose to provide blocks, we recommend 4 in. x 8 in. x 16 in. solid concrete cap blocks, usually found near cinder blocks at lumber stores. The driver stacks one layer as needed, roughly one block every 5 feet per runner, up to 18 inches of grade difference.

Site must be clear and accessible at delivery.

Building path must be 2' wider than the building and 13' tall.

Delivery timeframes vary. ETA provided by driver prior to delivery.

Tax-Exempt for cash sales only (Ag/Non-profit) — Certificate required.

Sales location has zero visibility to the logistics process.

In-yard moves of other accessory buildings are negotiated with driver.
