About the Side Lofted Barn
The Side Lofted Barn uses a gambrel (barn-style) roof with the double doors on the long side of the building. You get two reinforced lofts at opposite ends plus two 2×3ft windows with latches and screens for natural light and ventilation. It is a strong fit for storing long items like ladders, kayaks, and lumber while keeping overhead space available for lighter gear and seasonal storage.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is the Side Lofted Barn different from the standard Lofted Barn?
The doors are on the long side wall. This makes it easier to drive a mower straight in or slide long items in without turning. It also includes two standard windows for light and ventilation.
Can I add a ramp to the Side Lofted Barn?
Yes. A diamond plate ramp is available as an add-on and is popular for riding mowers and ATVs.
What do I need to get started on an RTO shed?
Bring your deposit (cash, check, or card) and two forms of ID. Your first must be a current — not expired — driver's license or state-issued ID. Your second can be any government ID (photo not required; a state fishing license qualifies) or a credit card with your name on it. The RTO form asks for your Social Security Number, email, phone, employment info, and two references (name and phone number — neither can live with you). You'll verify by SMS, so have your cell phone with you. If you rent your home, bring your landlord's contact info.
Is there a credit check for rent-to-own?
No credit check at all. No bank involved. You just need your deposit, valid ID, and a place to put the building.
