How long does it take to get a shed after ordering?

In-stock sheds deliver in 1 to 2 weeks. Custom orders take 4 to 6 weeks to build plus 1 to 2 weeks for delivery scheduling. Total time from order to installed is usually 2 to 8 weeks.

Do I need to be home on delivery day?

Yes. Someone needs to be there to show the driver exactly where to put the shed and to do the walk-through when it is done. Plan to be home for about an hour.

What if it rains on delivery day?

Light rain is usually fine. If there is heavy rain or storms, we will reschedule. Wet ground can be a problem because the truck and mule can get stuck in mud. We will work with you to find the next good day.

Can I move my shed later?

Yes. Portable sheds can be picked up and moved. You will need a delivery service to do it. We can help arrange a move for a fee. This is one of the big perks of portable buildings.

What if the shed does not fit through my gate?

If your gate is too narrow, you need to remove fence panels before delivery. We do not remove or replace fences. Measure your gate opening and compare it to your shed width plus 2 feet.

Is delivery really free?

Yes, delivery is free within 50 miles of our Denton or Wichita Falls lot. Beyond 50 miles, there is a small per-mile charge. Ask us for the exact cost when you order.

Place your order

Pick your shed style, size, and options. Pay cash, finance, or start rent-to-own with the required width-based deposit. Visit our lot or call to order.

Day 1

Your shed is built

Our Mennonite builders hand-build your shed at the shop. Every board is cut, fitted, and nailed by hand. In-stock sheds skip this step.

2 to 6 weeks (custom) or in stock

We schedule delivery

We call you to schedule a delivery date. We will confirm the access path, gate width, and placement spot.

1 to 3 days before delivery

Delivery day

Our driver brings your shed on a trailer. A special mule backs the shed off the trailer and into your yard. The driver places it exactly where you want it.

About 30 minutes on site

Leveling and setup

The driver levels your shed using concrete blocks. They can adjust up to 18 inches off the ground. Your shed sits on pressure-treated wood skids.

Included in delivery

Walk-through and handoff

The driver walks you around the shed to make sure everything looks good. You check the doors, windows, and placement. Then it is all yours.

Clear the access path (2 feet wider than the building)
Check for 13 feet of overhead clearance (power lines, branches, carports)
Open or remove gates and fence panels if needed
Mark the spot with stakes or flags
